武汉地区耐异烟肼结核分枝杆菌临床分离株katG基因突变的分子特征分析 被引量：7

摘要 结核病是由Mtb感染所致的慢性传染性疾病。近年来，随着MDR和XDR的不断产生，结核病以更严峻的形式威胁着人类的健康。异烟肼（isoniazid，INH）是一个不可或缺的抗结核一线药物。文献报道，异烟肼耐药主要与katG基因突变密切相关。
