摘要
产学研合作创新作为新形势下技术创新的重要沿革,其知识管理制度的发挥效率直接影响其创新产出水平,因此,沉没性知识资本的利用对于提升其资本利用效率具有重要意义。本文基于双元性理论,将产学研合作创新路径分为探索性创新路径和开发性创新路径,并在两种路径依赖基础上研究了在产学研中沉没性知识资本的形成机理,最后基于其形成原因建立了基于双元性理论的面向产学研沉没性知识资本的知识管理机制,提出了此机制下的运行保障策略。
While cooperative innovation of CEESRO as an important evolution of technological innovation in the new situation, the efficiency of knowledge management systems plays a direct impact on their innovation output level, so the use of the sinking intellectual capital for enhancing its capital utilization efficiency is important. Based on the bimodality theory, we divided the cooperative innovation exploratory path of CEESRO into the path of exploring innovation and the path of developmental innovation and studied the formation mechanism of the sinking of the research in knowledge capital in the two path - dependent basis, finally based on their formating causes established knowledge management mechanism oriented to the sinking knowledge capital of CEEUSRO based on the bimodality theory, and the running protection policy is proposed for this mechanism.
