Taking a traffic accident watched by onlookers as an example,a study was made to inspect the traces of involved motorcycle and the clothes of the deceased,and probe into the connection between the using of inspection material and expert opinion by inquiring.By organizing evidence system of the case,the study discussed how to examine and determine the evidence such as autopsy report,investigative experiment,psychological test report,testimony of witnesses,the statement of the families of the deceased,etc.By means of the mutual corroboration and supplement of physical evidence and witness,the logic link of the closed evidence system were further investigated.
