侦查功能是侦查学基础理论应当探讨的问题之一,它对侦查实践工作有着重要的作用。现阶段对侦查功能的认识由于逻辑起点的失误显得过于粗糙和简单。侦查功能复杂多样,这就需要从社会结构功能主义的视野下对侦查功能作出新的解读。

The investigative function is one of the important issues in the basic theory research of the investigation science,and also plays an important role in the practical investigation work.At present,the understanding of the investigative function appears to be too rough and simple because of the mistakes in the logical starting point.The investigative function is complex,so it needs to be reinterpreted under the vision of the doctrine of social structure functionalism.
