细胞检查及免疫组化对犬乳腺瘤的预后相关研究

摘要 为了探讨犬的乳腺肿瘤预后情况,试验结合犬自发性乳腺肿瘤临床症状进行细胞异型筛查、穿刺切片免疫组化或流式细胞仪细胞免疫分析检测犬外周血细胞异型后乳腺肿瘤的预后情况,对可疑病例犬采血、涂片、穿刺,用流式细胞仪进行检测。结果表明:犬的外周血中循环细胞异型数量超过5%;CK19阳性;流式细胞仪检测循环肿瘤细胞数(CTC)≥5,犬的肿瘤即有预后不良;细胞异型检查数量与肿瘤的预后不良有一定相关性;CK19阳性与肿瘤的大小相关;流式细胞仪检测的阳性率与预后不良相关。 To study the prognostic of canine mammary tumors, the screening examination of cellular atypia, immunohistochemistry of puncture slice, and cell immune analysis with flow meter were performed to detect the prognostic of canine mammary tumors after atypia of the peripheral blood cells, combining with the clinical symptoms of canine spontaneous mammary tumors. For the suspected cases the canine blood was collected to make blood smears, and the puncture technique was used, and then the blood samples were detected using flow cytometry in the test. The results showed that the atypical number of peripheral blood circulation cells exceed 5% ; CK19 was positive; the number of circulating tumor cells (CTC) was greater than or equal to 5 through flow cytnmetry detection, and then the canine tumor had poor prognosis. There was a certain correlation between the number of the detection for cellular atypia and the poor prognosis of tumor. CK19 was related to the size of the tumor; the positive rate detected by flow eytometry, was associated with poor prognosis.
