摘要
为了鉴定哈尔滨地区某养殖场发生的一起细菌感染的致病菌,试验对送检病料进行病原菌的分离培养和形态学观察,并应用微生物自动分析系统和PCR方法鉴定菌株,再对分离菌进行生化试验和药敏试验。结果表明:该病原菌为奇异变形杆菌(Proteus mirabilis),对恩诺沙星、丁胺卡那霉素和β-内酰胺类药物高度敏感。
To identify a ease of bacterial infection occurred in a farm of Harbin, a pathogenic bacterium was isolated from the detected pathogenic materials, and then cultured and observed in morphology. The Biolog automated microbial identification system and the PCR method were used to identify the strains of the bacterium, and the isolates were used for the biochemical test and drug sensitivity testing. The results showed that the isolated bacterium was Proteus mirabilis and highly sensitive to enrofloxacin, amikacin and β -lactams.
