摘要
教师群体专业发展中协同创新的作用主要为专业知识集合功能、专业智慧生成功能、专业发展动力功能。合作性的专业活动过程、风格化的专业发展目标是教师群体专业发展中协同创新的呈现特点。组建"教师专业发展共同体"、搭建教师专业发展的平台体系,是教师群体专业发展协同创新的有效策略。
The role of collaborative innovation in teachers' collective professional development mainly contains knowledge collec- tion and professional development impetus. Collaborative professional activities and stylized professional development goals are the main characteristics of cooperative innovation. Forming a "community of teachers' professional development" and setting up teacher's profes- sional development platform system are the effective strategies for teacher professional development.
