摘要
由于持续的低生育率及平均寿命的延长,韩国人口老龄化现象突出。为积极应对老龄化带来的一系列问题,韩国对老年教育正在给予越来越多的关注。韩国的老年教育经历40多年的发展,在办学主体、课程设置、法律保障制度及专业人员培养等方面形成了自己的特色和经验,为中国老年教育的发展提供了良好的借鉴。
Due to the continuous low fertility rates and increasing average life expectancy, the aging problem becomes one of the outstanding social issues in Korea. Thus, more and more attention has been given to the elderly education in Korea to confront the re- sulting problems. After 40 years of development, elderly education in South Korea has formed its own characteristics and experiences in terms of the school principal, curriculum, legal and professional training and other security systems, which could be a great reference for the development of China＇s elderly education.
