铸铁用水基流涂涂料的研究与应用

摘要 针对铸铁用水基流涂涂料的要求,选择了涂料的耐火粉料、烧结剥离助剂、悬浮剂、粘结剂和其他助剂,分析了涂料的工艺性能和烧结性能。试验及生产实践表明,研制的水基流涂涂料具有耐火度高、黏度低、流淌性好、烧结剥离性好的特点,适应壁厚不同、大小不一、浇注温度不同的各类铸铁件,生产的铸铁产品表面光洁,无粘砂、气孔等缺陷。 According to the requirements of water-based flow coating for cast iron, the refractory powder, sintering and stripping agent, suspending agent, adhesive and other auxiliaries for coatings were selected, and the process performance and sintering performance of coatings were analyzed. The experiments and practical production show that the water-based flow coating with higher refractoriness, lower viscosity, better flow and sintering-stripping can be applied to iron castings with different wall thickness, size and pouring temperature. The iron castings without burning-on and blowhole have smooth surface.
