方向盘骨架力学试验的影响因素与改进

摘要 虽然国内外汽车行业及各个汽车厂家都各自对方向盘力学试验制定了标准要求,但这些标准的试验方法和要求不尽相同,且普遍存在试验操作描述简单、试验装置要求不明确等现象。方向盘的力学试验,尤其是静力试验,当前还没有一个完善统一的标准。文章综合比较国内外各种方向盘试验标准要求,对常见方向盘力学试验方法进行了归纳与分类,研究试验加载方式、夹具类型、夹具夹持位置及摩擦系数等因素对试验结果的影响规律,提出改进试验的方法和意见。 Although the domestic and foreign automobile industry and car manufacturers have their steering wheel (SW) mechanical test standard respectively, the experimental methods and requirements of these standards are .not all the same, the experimental operation description is very simple, and the requirement of experimental device is unclear. The SW mechanics test, especially the static test, is still not a perfect and unified standard. SW test requirement of domestic and foreign standards are compared, the test methods are summarized and classified, and the affecting factors of test result by load way, fixture type, fixture clamping position and friction coefficient are studied. Some methods and suggestions it are put forward to improve SW test.
