摘要
介绍了专用校车学生座椅系统及其车辆固定件的强度,中学生座椅的抗前倾、后倾性能的安全试验的相关规定,采用有限元分析方法对试验过程进行模拟,并对现有座椅对乘坐人员的保护不足提出改进的方向和建议,得出改进座椅坐盆结构及增加儿童约束系统对乘坐人员安全有一定帮助的结论。
The rules are introduced for the strength of student seat systems and their anchorages of special school bus( GB 24406-2012), including the anti-forward test and anti-dumping test. The finite element analysis is utilized to simulate the test procedure, and suggestions are put forward to im- prove the protection of little passengers. Conclusions are got that improving the seat basin structure and adding the child restraint systems can help the little passengers.
