摘要
针对低噪声轴承对钢球的要求,分析影响钢球振动值的因素,从钢球各加工工序和工装上进行工艺控制,从而提高钢球的质量水平,降低振动值。
According to the requirements of low noise beating for steel ball, the factors influencing vibration value of steel ball are analyzed. The process control for steel ball is carried out from the machining process and tooling, thus improving the quality level of steel ball and decreasing the vibration level.
