摘要
阐述了中国工业强国制造强国战略的顶层设计,"工业强基"(加强工业基础能力建设)与建设工业强国制造强国的关系,轴承产业在"工业强基"中的重要地位和作用。提出中国轴承产业应加快转型升级,实现组织、技术、产品结构优化升级,提高核心竞爭力,力争在中国强国战略实施中率先取得突破。
The top -level design of China＇s industrial power and manufacturing power strategy, the relation between strengthen basic capability of industry and construction of industrial power and manufacturing power, the important status and role of bearing industry in strengthen basic capability of industry are described. It is put forward that China bearing industry should speed up transformation and upgrading, realize optimization and upgrading of organization, technology and product structure, improve core competitiveness, strive to first achieve breakthrough in implement of China＇s power strategy.
