摘要
本文通过试验研究,分析了660MW超超临界机组锅炉在运行过程中出现受热面管壁超温的原因,并总结了经济可行的优化策略。根据该策略进行调整优化后,可使锅炉在主再热汽温升至额定参数时,受热面管壁温度仍然低于超温报警值较多,彻底解决了受热面管壁超温的难题。该炉型是同样技术百万机组的缩小版,因此本文研究成果对同炉型的660MW和1000MW机组的锅炉运行具有很强的指导意义。
Through experiments, this paper analysis the cause of the 660MW ultra supercritical boil- er heating surface tube' s overheating while operating, and summarizes feasible and economical strategies. According to the strategies, heating surface tube wall temperature is lower than the temperature alarm value when the boiler' s temperature in the main and reheat steam rise to the rated parameters, which completely solves the problem of heating surface tube wall temperature. The furnace is a smaller version of the same technology million units, so this paper has a strong guiding significance to the boiler of 660MW and 1000MW units.
