摘要
由于某电厂锅炉炉膛出口NOX浓度高达500 mg/Nm3,给脱硝系统带来了极大负担,并难以达到排放标准。通过Fluent模拟及相关计算,找到了炉膛出口NOX浓度高的原因,并缺定了解决方案。改造后锅炉炉膛出口NOX浓度降低到160 mg/Nm3以下,达到了改造目的。
The thickness of NOXin furnace outlet is 500 mg / Nm^3,which is too high to SCR,and it is difficult to ensure gas reach the standard. This paper use Fluent and interrelated count to analyzes the reason of furnace outlet NOX,and find ways to reduce NOXthickness in furnace outlet. It is a successful project to reduce NOXthickness less than 160 mg / Nm^3 of practice.
