As college students increasingly serious employment situation, higher education is facing an important task of training innovative talents, but there are the disadvantages existing in the current training mode in colleges and universities, which have effected the training of college students＇science and technology innovation ability, and the implementation of the tutorial system is beneficial to stimulate students＇ creative thinking, train the ability of scientific research. Colleges and Universities need to vigorously implement the tutorial system to promote the improvement of students＇innovative ability from several aspects.
