谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与脂质过氧化物在哮喘发病前后变化及意义

Variation of glutathione peroxidase and lipid peroxide before and after onset of asthma

目的 观察谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）与脂质过氧化物（lpo）在哮喘患者发病前后变化,分析其临床诊断意义.方法 选取住院治疗的哮喘患者46例作为研究对象（实验组）.另选取同期体检的健康人48例作为正常对照组,采用生物学方法检测哮喘患者和健康人的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、脂质过氧化物及血清SOD水平.对比哮喘患者治疗前后的指标变化以及治疗后与正常人的指标水平比较情况.结果 治疗前后患者的GSH-Px和lpo水平比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,治疗后GSH-Px和lpo与对照组比较无明显差异（P＞0.05）.哮喘患者在发病后的0～6h、6～24h以及24～72h的GSH-Px、lpo以及SOD水平与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 哮喘患者发病后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平降低,脂质过氧化物水平升高,提示GSH-Px和lpo的检测结果可作为哮喘诊断和治疗效果的临床依据.

Objective To observe the changes of glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） and lipid peroxide （LPO）before and after the onset of asthma and analyze their clinical significance. Methods 46 asthma patients were selected as the research object. 48 of healthy people through examination in the same year were selected as control group. The glutathione peroxidase level, the level of lipid peroxidation and serum SOD level were examined through the biological methods for detection of asthma patients and healthy human. The change of these indexes in patients with asthma before and after treatment was compared with that of the normal group. Results The comparative differences in GSH-Px and LPO level between before and after treatment were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but the those in the normal group had no sig- nificant difference （P〉0.05）. The GSH Px, LPO and SOD levels of asthmatic patients were statistically significant dif- ferent after the onset of 0 - 6h, 6 - 24h and 24 - 72h compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion After the onset of asthma, the glutathione peroxidase reduces and the level of lipid peroxide elevats, that is to say GSH-Px and LPO can provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma.
