摘要 目的 探讨集束化护理措施在预防ICU谵妄中的应用效果.方法 将167例机械通气患者作为研究对象,其中2012年1～12月83例采用传统护理措施预防ICU谵妄的患者为对照组;2013年1～12月84例采用集束化护理措施预防ICU谵妄的患者为实验组.对比两组谵妄的发生率、持续时间及机械通气时间.结果 实验组ICU谵妄的发生率、谵妄持续时间和机械通气时间明显低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 集束化护理措施能有效降低ICU谵妄的发生,可在临床护理中推广应用. Objective To investigate the effects of bundled nursing for preventing ICU delirium. Methods 167 mechanically ventilated patients were included in the present study. 83 patients received traditional nursing were as control group and 84 patients received bundled nursing as experimental group. Results The incidence of ICU delirium and duration of mechanical ventilation in experimental group were obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bundled nursing can reduce the incidence of ICU delirium.
