试论艾毒的病邪特性和致病特点

通过艾滋病中医病因病机的现代文献研究、大样本临床流行病学调查、病例回顾分析,对"艾毒"这一病因进行了深入地研究。文章论证了艾毒的病邪特性和致病特点。艾毒最本质的特性是疫、毒,兼有湿、热等六淫之邪的特性,还可杂合为痰饮、瘀血等病理产物;艾毒进入人体之后所造成的临床表现具有善深伏、多缓发,伤元气、损脏腑,虚损重、兼重感,转化杂、变证多等特点。文章丰富了中医对新发重大传染病的病因病机认识,丰富了中医病因病机理论。
