基于数据挖掘的国医大师颜正华含炒酸枣仁处方用药规律研究

Study on the medication rules of prescriptions with parched wild jujube seed by TCM master YAN Zheng-hua based on data mining

目的:探讨国医大师颜正华教授处方用药规律。方法:在收集处方的基础上,基于中医传承辅助系统构建数据库,进而应用统计报表功能和关联规则apriori算法开展研究,分析处方中单味药物频次、药物组合频次、关联规则与核心药物组合等。结果:781首含炒酸枣仁处方常用于治疗不寐、眩晕、胸痹等病证,高频次药物包括首乌藤、牡蛎、龙骨、丹参、赤芍等,高频次药物组合包括"首乌藤,炒酸枣仁"、"牡蛎,炒酸枣仁"、"龙骨,炒酸枣仁"等,置信度≥1的关联规则包括"茯苓-炒酸枣仁""陈皮-炒酸枣仁""首乌藤-炒酸枣仁""白芍-炒酸枣仁"等。结论:颜正华教授含炒酸枣仁处方所用药物多具安神及活血等功效,用药较为集中,组方法度清晰。

Objective： To explore the medication rules of TCM master YAN Zheng-hua. Methods： Based on the formulae collection and a database of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance assist system, the frequency of single medicine, the frequency of drug combination, the association rules and core drug combinations was anlyzed by the methods of statistical reports module, association rules and apriori algorithm. Results： The prescriptions with parched wild jujube seed were commonly used in the treatment of insomnia, megrim, obstruction of qi in the chest and other diseases. The highest-frequency drugs were fleece- flower stem, oyster, dragon＇s bone, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, red peony root and so on. The highest-frequency drug combinations were ＇fleece-flower stem with parched wild jujube seed＇, ＇oyster with parched wild jujube seed＇, ＇dragon＇s bone with parched wild jujube seed＇ and so on. The drug association rules of confidence coefficient with more than 1 were ＇poria cocos and parched wild jujube seed＇, ＇tangerine peel and parched wild jujube seed＇, ＇fleece-flower stem and parched wild jujube seed＇, ＇root of herbaceous peony and parched wild jujube seed＇ and so on. Conclusion： The prescriptions with parched wild jujube seed by TCM master YAN Zheng-hua has the effects of tranquilization and promoting blood circulation, with dense medication and clear drug combinations.
