城市女性乳腺增生病与中医体质的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between the urban women cyclomastopathy and TCM constitution

目的:探明城市女性乳腺增生病与中医体质的相关性。方法:采用匹配病例-对照研究设计,收集500例乳腺增生病患者、500名健康体检者,进行中医体质辨识问卷调查,得出偏颇体质的定性及定量数据,根据调查情况对中医偏颇体质进行分类归纳。结果:城市患乳腺增生病女性偏颇体质较多,其中以复合体质多见。结论:乳腺增生病是与中医体质相关的慢性疾病,且以复合体质多见,城市女性应重点改善阳虚体质,调理体质应兼顾多种偏颇体质,综合调理,从而达到预防乳腺增生病的目的。

Objective： To study the relationship between the urban cyclomastopathy women and TCM constitution. Methods： A case-control study was performed, including 500 cases of cyclomastopathy and 500 healthy cases. Summarized the qualitative and quantitative data of abnormal constitution by the TCM constitution identification questionnaire investigation. According to the results, we classify and summarize the abnormal constitutions. Results： Composite constitution occupy the main constitution of the urban cyclomastopathy women. Most of them have two or more types of constitution. Conclusion： Cyclomastopathy is a chronic disease associated with TCM constitution. Two or more types of constitutions is more often seen in them. Urban women should pay more attention to improve yang-deficiency constitution, an also other abnormal constitutions should been taken into account. By doing so, they can prevent cyclomastopathy through correcting abnormal constitutions comprehensively.
