冯世纶教授运用经方治疗早泄验案举隅

Experience of professor FENG Shi-lun in the treatment of premature ejaculation by applying classic formulae

文章列举冯世纶教授运用经方治疗早泄的3个验案,介绍经方治疗的特点是先辨六经再辨方证,以求方证对应。如早泄伴有汗出、头晕耳鸣、腰酸腿软、龟头冰冷、脉弦细者,辨六经属少阴阳明合病,辨方证为二加龙骨汤证;伴有腰痛沉坠、夜尿频多、肢冷、大便干、口干、无汗者,辨六经属太阳太阴阳明合病,辨方证为肾着汤合五苓散加狗脊汤证;伴有舌糜、面痤、睾丸及阴囊冷痛、大便溏者,辨六经属厥阴太阴合病,辨方证为甘草泻心汤合赤小豆当归散加苍术薏苡仁汤证。

Three medical cases from professor FENG Shi-lun in the treatment of premature ejaculation applying classic formulas were illustrated in this paper. The characteristics of applying classic formulae were that the six channels were differentiated firstly and the prescription-syndrome were differentiated secondly, to let the prescripted formulae match the syndrome. The patients of premature ejaculation with the symptoms such as perspiration, dizziness and tinnitus, lumbago and weakness of the legs, balanus cold, taut and thready pulse that were differentiated as the combination of shaoyin and yangming syndromes, and then differentiated as Erjia Longgu Decoction syndrome. Premature ejaculation with the symptoms such as lumbago, more frequent night urination, cold limbs, constipated, dry mouth and no sweat that was differentiated as the combination of taiyang, taiyin and yangming syndromes, and then differentiated as Shenzhuo Decoction syndrome combined with Wuling Powder plus Gouji Decoction syndrome. Premature ejaculation with the symptoms such as tongue anabrosis, acne, testes and scrotum cold pain and loose stool with indigested grains that was differentiated as the combination of jueyin and taiyin syndromes, and then differentiated as Gancao Xiexin Decoction syndrome combined with Chixiaodou Danggui Powder plus Cangzhu Yiyiren Decoction syndrome.
