壮医除瘴抗感方治疗成人流行性感冒的疗效评价研究

Study on the curative effect evaluation of Zhuang medicine Chuzhang Kanggan Decoction in the treatment of adult influenza

目的:对壮医除瘴抗感方治疗流行性感冒的有效性和安全性进行评价。方法:将临床收集的126例成人湿温型流行性感冒患者随机分为壮药治疗组与对照组,壮药治疗组口服壮医除瘴抗感方,对照组服用抗病毒药治疗。结果:壮医除瘴抗感方的退热效果优于对照组(P<0.01),壮药治疗组改善流行性感冒患者的症状积分优于对照组(P<0.01),其疾病疗效、中医证候疗效及主要症状疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:壮医除瘴抗感方治疗湿温型流行性感冒疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine Chuzhang Kanggan Decoction in the treatment of adult influenza. Methods： One hundred and twenty-six cases of adult dampness-warmth syndrome influenza patients were collected in clinical practice and randomly divided into two groups, the Zhuang medicine treatment group was treated with oral Chuzhang Kanggan Decoction, and western medicine control group was treated with anti-viral drug treatment. Results： The antipyretic effect of Zhuang medicine was better than that in control group （P〈0.01）, symptoms integral of adult influenza in treatment group was significantly improved and better than that in control group （P〈0.01）. The curative effect of the disease, TCM syndrome and main syndrome curative effect surpassed that in control group of western medicine （P〈0.01）, and could suppress the immune inflammatory injury trends. Conclusion： The application of Chuzhang Kanggan Decoction in treating dampness-warmth syndrome of influenza is remarkable, safe and reliable.
