Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine and blood pressure variability

血压波动性(BPV)是心脑血管病发生的独立危险因素。而中药对于高血压BPV的基础研究和临床试验均取得一定进展。文章回顾了高血压BPV的研究进展,以及中医药对高血压BPV的认识,从中药活性成分、中成药和复方的基础实验和临床研究等方面探讨中医药对高血压BPV的现状与成就,为今后的研究提供参考。

Blood pressure variability （BPV） is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Chinese medicine has shown a curative effect on the fundamental research and the clinical trial of hypertension BPV. This paper reviews research progress of hypertension BPV, the understanding of Chinese medicine for hypertension BPV, to discuss the state and achievement of hypertension BPV in TCM from fundamental and clinical research of TCM active ingredients, proprietary Chinese medicine and compound Chinese medicine. It provides an important reference for future research.
