基于关联规则和相关系数的沈敏鹤主任医师卵巢癌用药规律研究 被引量:16

Study on the medication rule of ovarian cancer based on association rule analysis and correlation coefficient analysis

摘要 目的:探讨沈敏鹤主任医师中医药治疗卵巢癌的用药规律研究。方法:采用临床流行病学原则和方法,纳入沈敏鹤治疗卵巢癌患者58例778份医案,收集患者基本信息、中西医诊断和处方药物信息。中医处方的数据经规范化后,取高频药物进行频数、相关系数和关联规则分析,对核心药物、药对、复方配伍规则、主要方剂进行探讨。结果:通过778份医案的数据挖掘,获得21味高频药物、18对核心药对、42条关联规则和3个核心方剂。结论:沈敏鹤针对卵巢癌虚、寒、瘀的根本病机,常以桂枝茯苓丸、自拟益元汤和八味地黄丸为主方加减进行治疗。 Objective: To explore the medication rule of doctor SHEN Min-he in the treatment of ovarian cancer. Methods: The basic information, Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and prescriptions from 58 patients with ovarian cancer treated by doctor SHEN Min-he were collected with clinical epidemiological principle and method. The high frequency drugs were analyzed with frequency analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and association rule analysis based on the standardization of prescription data. Then, the key drugs, medicine suits, compatibility rules and main formulae were explored in this paper. Results: 21 of high frequency drugs, l 8 of the key drugs, 42 items of association rules and 3 main formulae were obtained that based on the data mining information of 778 cases. Conclusion: Doctor SHEN Min-he prescribed Guizhi Fuling Pills, Yiyuan Decoction on his own, and Bawei Dihuang Pills aiming at the pathogenesis of 'deficiency', 'cold' and 'blood stasis'.
