不同产地黔艾纳香中左旋龙脑含量测定 被引量:10

Determination of L-borneol in Blumea balsamifera(Linn.) DC of different areas in Guizhou

摘要 目的:测定不同产地黔艾纳香中左旋龙脑的含量。方法:采用超声提取、毛细管气相色谱法测定,用HP-5石英毛细柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)、FID检测器,氮气为载气,程序升温,进样口温度280℃,起始温度为90℃,以5℃/min的升温速率升至100℃,维持3min;再以5℃/min的升温速率升至150℃,维持2min。结果:左旋龙脑浓度在0.0200-0.0600mg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(R=0.9997),平均回收率为96.97%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为龙脑的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法;罗甸艾纳香和黎平艾纳香中龙脑含量分别为3.858、3.012mg/g,具有显著差异。 Objective: To determine the content of L-borneol in Blumea balsamifera (Linn.) DC of different areas in Guizhou. Methods: The sample was extracted for 2h by ultrasonic wave. The content of L-borneol in Blumea balsamifera (Linn.) DC was determined by capillary gas chromatography (GC), and HP-5 silica capillary column (30m×0.32mm×0.25μm) and FID detector were used. The carrier gas was Nitrogen. Column temperature was raised by programming with original temperature at 90℃ and injector temperature at 280%, the column temperature was raised to 100℃ at the rate of 5℃/min lasting for 3min, and then raised to 150℃ at the rate of 5 ℃/min lasting for 2rain. Results: L-borneol had good linearity in the range of 0.0200-0.0600/ag (R=0.9997). The average recovery rate was 96.97% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and proper, which could provide a scientific quantitative analysis method of L-bomeol in Blumea balsamifera (Linn.) DC, and the reduplication of result was good. The content of L-borneol in Blumea balsamifera (Linn.) DC planted in Luodian and Liping are respectively 3.858 and 3.012mg/g, with significant differences.
