摘要
目的:研究超微粉碎七厘散(QLS)对大鼠急性血瘀血液流变学及心肌缺血损伤保护作用的影响。方法:采用皮下注入肾上腺素和冰水浴方法制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,测定全血黏度、凝血酶原时间(PT)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量。采用大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素(Pit)复制急性心肌缺血模型,测定大鼠血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:QLS-SP 3/4剂量组对急性血瘀大鼠全血黏度的作用和对Pit诱发大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用、QLS-SP 2/3剂量组对急性血瘀大鼠凝血时间的作用与QSL组相当。结论:与QSL相比,QLS-SP对急性血瘀大鼠的活血化瘀作用和Pit诱发大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用增强,可降低其给药剂量。
Objective: To study the influence of superfine powder of Qili San (QLS-SP) on hemorheology of acute bloodstasis and myocardial ischemia injury of rats. Methods: Subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice water bath were used to establish acute blood stasis model used to detect whole blood viscosity, prothrombin time (PT) and fibrinogen (FIB) content. Acute myocardial ischemia model was established by intravenous injection of pituitrin (Pit) in rats, and some myocardium enzymes like lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results: The 3/4 dosage of QLS-SP possessed protective effects on whole blood viscosity of rats with acute blood-stasis and rats of myocardial ischemia injury induced by pituitfin. There was no significant difference in the impact of blood coagulation time of rats between the 2/3 dosage of QLS-SP group and QSL group. Conclusion: Compared with QLS, the role of promoting blood circulation to dispel stasis on acute blood-stasis rats and the protective effect on rats with myocardial ischemia injury induced by pituitrin of QLS-SP was stronger decrease the given dose.
