益消复瘫汤治疗2型糖尿病并脑梗死的临床研究

The clinical observation of Yi-xiao-fu-tan decoction in the treatment of patients with 2 type diabetic cerebral infarction

目的观察中药复方益消复瘫汤治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 70例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各35例,在内科治疗基础上,治疗组口服益消复瘫汤治疗,对照组口服补阳还五汤治疗,疗程均为8周。按积分记录症状体征,填写临床观察量表,进行积分判定、统计分析。结果治疗8周后,两组中医证候、神经功能缺损水平、认知功能障碍水平、日常生活活动能力、生活质量等各项检测指标均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益消复瘫汤具有确切的临床疗效,是治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的有效复方。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yi-xiao-fu-tan decoction in the treatment？ of type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction（ DCI） .Methods Seventy patients with DCI were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,35 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yi-xiao-fu-tan decoction while the control group received Bu-yang-huan-wu decoction on the base of in-ternal medical treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.Clinical signs and symptoms were recorded according to the integral record.Clinical observation scales were filled.Finally,integral determination and statistical analysis were performed.Re-sults After 8 weeks of the treatment,the examination indexes such as TCM syndrome,nerve function defect levels,level of cognitive dysfunction,activity of daily living and quality of life were improved when compared to before treatment（P〈0.05）.The improvements in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The both TCM decoction can improve the clinical signs and symptoms of the patients after 8 weeks of treatment.Yi-xiao-fu-tan decoction has obviously clinical curative effects, and is an effective TCM formula for treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic cerebral infarction.
