摘要
目的:比较蜈蚣不同部位提取方法抗凝活性的强弱。方法:用凝血酶时间为指标测定冷浸法和水提醇沉法对蜈蚣不同部位的抗凝血活性。结果:水提醇沉法蜈蚣凝血酶时间长于冷浸法,两种提取方法中,各部位的凝血时间比较,顺序是蜈蚣身>蜈蚣全体>蜈蚣尾。结论:蜈蚣抗凝活性成分提取方法中水提醇沉优于冷浸法,抗凝活性成分主要集中于蜈蚣身。
Objective: To investigate the anticoagulating activity of centipede (Scolopendra subspinipes) on different fractions with the different extraction, Methods: The anticoagulant activity of different parts of centipede in two extractions methods was determined by thrombin time. Results: The anticoagulating activity of centipede with water sinks was more significant than that of centipede with cold leaching, and in two extractions methods, the order of thrombin time in centipede of different fractions is transparent centipede body〉 whole body 〉centipede tail. Conclusion: The methods of water sinks are better than that of cold leaching, and the contents of anticogulating activities concentrated in centipede body.
