参芪扶正注射液对直肠癌术后化疗患者免疫功能及化疗毒副作用的影响

Effects of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on Immune Function and Toxic Reactions in Chemotherapy Patients after Rectum Carcinoma Resection

目的:研究参芪扶正注射液对直肠癌术后化疗患者免疫功能及化疗毒副作用的影响。方法:将99例直肠癌术后患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。两组患者均采用FOLFOX4化疗方案。治疗组从化疗前3 d给予参芪扶正注射液,共给药14 d。两组患者化疗12个周期后评价细胞免疫及化疗毒副作用。结果:在细胞免疫上,对照组化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05),CD8+较治疗前有所升高(P<0.05),而治疗组化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞较化疗前均有所上升(P<0.05),且治疗组化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05);在化疗毒副反应上,两组患者均出现白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、肢端麻木、肝功能异常及血小板减少5种化疗毒副反应。而治疗组在白细胞减少、恶心呕吐及血小板减少3种毒副反应上发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量改善上,治疗组术后改善率为88.9%,对照组术后改善率为61.4%。治疗组术后改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液具有改善直肠癌术后化疗患者细胞免疫抑制、增强细胞免疫、减轻化疗毒副作用、改善患者化疗期间生活质量的作用。

Objective：To explore the effects of the Shenqi Fuzheng Injection（参芪扶正注射液,SQFZI） on the immune function and toxic reaction in chemotherapy patients after rectum carcinoma resection. Methods： The 99 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and both of the two groups were taken the FOLFOX4 chemotherapy. Patients in the treatment group were given SQFZI 3 days before chemotherapy, and for 14 days. After 12 periods of chemotherapy, cellular immunity and toxic reactions of chemotherapy of the two groups were evaluated. Results： In the cellular immunity, level of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD4^＋/ CD8^＋ and NK cell in the control group decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）, while CD8^＋ increased（P〈0.05）. The level of CD3^＋,CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and NK cell in the treatment group increased after treatment（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, the level of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and NK cell in treatment group was much higher（P〈0.05）, and the level of CD8^＋ is lower（P〈0.05）. In the toxic reactions of chemotherapy, both groups showed leucopenia, nausea and vomiting, acroanesthesia, abnormal liver function and thrombocytopenia.The treatment group had lower rate of leucopenia, nausea and vomiting, thrombocytopenia than the control group（P〈0.05）; On the life quality improving, the improvement rate in the observation group was 88.9% when it was 61.4% in the control group, and the improvement rates of the treatment group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： SQFZI has the effects of improving the cell immunosuppression of the chemotherapy patients after rectum carcinoma resection, potentiating immunocyte function, reducing the toxic reactions of chemotherapy and improving the life quality during chemotherapy.
