摘要
医生人文技能对于改善医患关系和提高医疗服务质量至关重要,是英美等国家医师资格考试中的核心考查内容之一,主要涉及沟通能力、职业道德、医患人际交往能力等方面。医生人文技能评价方法包括标准化病人、影像视频和网络在线评价等。我国执业医师资格考试应尽快建立人文技能评价的有效制度,以促进合格医生选拔、医疗服务质量改善及医学教育改革。该项工作的推动需要注意与医学教育实践的衔接和借鉴国际经验,并可考虑把医患沟通能力评价作为突破口。
Physicians' aumanistic skills play a critical role in improving doctor-patient relationship and the quality ot medical services. Assessment of physicians' humanistic skills is one of the core components of medical licensing examinations in the United Kingdom nd the United States. II mainly relates to three domains, namely communication, professionalism, and interpersonal rela ionship with patients. Evaluation methods used or proposed for this purpose include standardized patient, video or web based assessment. Effective assessment of humanistic skills should be added to China- s national medical licensing exal 6nation in order to facilitate selection of qualified physician, improvement of medical service quality, and medical educatioi reform. In pushing forward this work, it was suggested to take the current status of medical education into accoun , make use of international experiences, and give priority to assessment of communication skills.
