高频彩色多普勒超声在小儿腹痛诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Pain in Children

目的:观察和分析高频彩色多普勒超声在小儿腹痛临床诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2013年3月-2014年4月笔者所在医院收治的76例小儿腹痛的二维及高频彩色多普勒超声声像图表现,并结合术后病理类型等进行综合分析。结果:急性阑尾炎、急性肠系膜淋巴结炎、原发性肠套叠、嵌顿疝的超声诊断符合率分别为100%、92.86%、75.0%、100%,且各类疾病超声声像图有其突出表现。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声对小儿腹痛的诊断有一定的应用价值。

Objective：To observe and analyze the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of abdominal pain in children.Method：Two-dimensional and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonographic features of 76 cases of abdominal pain in children from 2013 March to 2014 April in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result：The coincidence rate of ultrasound of acute appendicitis,acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,idiopathic intussusception, incarcerated hernia were 100%,92.86%,75.0%,100%.Ultrasonography of all kinds of diseases had its outstanding performance.Conclusion：High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has the certain application value in diagnosis of abdominal pain in children.
