摘要
目的:研究心理护理在手术室患者心理状态及生理功能中的应用效果。方法:将84例手术室患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组42例和对照组42例,对照组患者采用常规的手术护理方案进行治疗,观察组患者采用心理护理方案进行治疗。观察两组患者手术前后焦虑、抑郁等各项心理状况评分及收缩压、舒张压等生理功能指标的变化。结果:术后两组患者的心理状况评分与术前相比,明显下降,而手术后观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理状况评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组患者的生理功能各指标与手术前相比,均显著降低,而术后观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压以及心率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在手术室患者心理状态及生理功能中的应用效果良好。
Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological care for psychological state and physiological functions patients of the operating room.Method：84 cases of surgery patients were randomly divided into the observation group（n=42） and the control group（n=42）,the observation group was implemented comprehensive psychological care and the control group was implemented routine operating room nursing intervention,the psychological status（anxiety and depression）,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate of two groups were compared.Result：After surgery,the symptom scores of anxiety,depression of the observation group decreased,they were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.After surgery,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of psychological care for psychological state and physiological functions in patients of the operating room is favorable.
