酸性染料可染改性聚酯纤维的染色研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究在制备酸性染料可染聚酯纤维的基础上,对该纤维在常压沸染条件下进行酸性染料染色,考察了染色条件对上染百分率的影响,并与普通聚酯纤维、锦纶6、羊毛、蚕丝等进行酸性染料染色对比。实验得出较佳工艺条件为:酸性艳绿3GM用量2%(o.w.f),染色时间1 h,浴比1∶50,在此条件下染料的上染百分率达到53.5%。实验结果表明,与羊毛、蚕丝、锦纶6相比,改性聚酯纤维的酸性染料可染性还存在差距,但明显优于普通聚酯纤维。 A kind of modified polyester fiber were prepared and dyed with acidic dyes in order to test the dyeability of the fiber. The dye-uptake of acidic dyes to the modified polyester fiber was also compared with that of wool, silk, PA6 and PET. The optimum condition was as follows:dyeing time 1h, bath ratio 1∶50, in which the dye-uptake could reach 53.5%, when dosage of Brilliant Green 3GM Mas 2%(o.w.f). The dyeability of acidic dyes to the modified polyester fiber was lower than that of wool, silk and PA6, but much higher than that of PET.
