通过对全科医师临床培训的现状分析,总结全科医师临床思维特点,改革全科医师临床思维训练模式,调整全科医师教学内容,优化教学结构。我科急诊医学教学的综合创新模式中,将讨论式教学、情景式教学和迷你临床演练评估引入了全科医师临床思维培训。

The characteristics of clinical divergent thinking were summarized, the training pattern for clinical divergent thinking was innovated, the content of courses was regularized and the teaching plan was optimized by analyzing the current situation of training mode for general practitioner. The innovative teaching mode including problem-based learning, scene teaching and mini-CEX were brought into the training of clinical divergent thinking for general practitioner in our department.
