Synthesis and Anti-tumor Activity of Schiff Bases of Pyrazole Derivatives Containing 1,2,4-Triazole

摘要 以对甲氧基苯乙酮为原料,设计合成了11个标题化合物,其结构经IR、1HNMR和ESI-MS表征确认。初步抗肿瘤活性测试表明(MTT法),大部分目标产物对人肝癌细胞Hep G2具有一定的抗增殖活性。 Eleven Schiff bases of pyrazolederivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole were synthesized from 4-methoxyacetophenone. The structures of compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR and ESI-MS. Preliminary anti-tumor activity determination showed that most of the synthetic compounds exhibited anti-proliferation of human hepatoma cell lines Hep G2.
