摘要
以城市污水处理厂的剩余污泥为原料,磷酸为污泥活化剂,采用微波加热法制备了污泥活性炭,考察了吸附剂投加量、吸附时间和p H对吸附效果的影响,并对其吸附动力学特性进行了探讨。结果表明:p H为8,投药量m为0.26 g,吸附时间为59 min,吸附温度为35℃,吸附浓度为58 mg/L时,污泥活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果最佳。污泥活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附满足Langmuir等温吸附方程。
Sludge activated carbon was prepared from municipal wastewater treatment plant sludge by microwave heating and chemical activation with phosphoric acid( H3PO4) as an activation reagent,which was used for the adsorption of dye( methylene blue). The influences of the adsorbent amount,adsorption time,adsorption temperature and p H value on adsorption effect were investigated. The adsorption kinetics was also discussed. At a methylene blue concentration of 58 mg / L,adsorption time of 59 min,adsorption temperature of 35 ℃ and adsorption dosage of 0. 26 g,the extent of methylene blue removal was up to 94%. The adsorption isotherm of methylene blue on the sludge activated carbon corresponds to the form of Langmuir isotherm.
