不同氮源对混养小球藻生长和部分生化组成的影响 被引量:7

摘要 探讨不同氮源对小球藻生理活动的影响.在添加葡萄糖且提供光照的混养条件下,检测研究尿素、KNO3、NH4NO3和NH4Cl四种氮源对普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)生长、光合色素含量、细胞内蛋白质含量、多糖含量以及油脂含量的影响.结果表明,KNO3是促进混养小球藻生长和多糖、油脂积累的最佳氮源,以KNO3为氮源时,油脂含量达到了17.93%;尿素是促进混养小球藻光合色素和蛋白质积累的最佳氮源.在实际应用中,可以根据不同的需求来选择适宜的氮源. To explore effects of different nitrogen sources on the physiological activity of Chlorella , the effects of four kinds of nitrogen sources (urea , KNO3 , N H4 NO3 and N H4 Cl) on the grow th , content of photosynthetic pigment ,intracellular protein ,polysaccharide and lipid of Chlorellavulgaris are examined and studied under the mixotrophic condition of glucose and illumination . The results indicate that KNO3 is the best nitrogen source for the grow th and accumulation of polysaccharide and lipid of mixotrophic Chlorella . The content of lipid can reach 17?93% when KNO3 is used as nitrogen source . The optimal nitrogen source for accumulation of photosynthetic pigment and protein is urea . A suitable nitrogen source may be selected according to different needs in practice .
