宁夏固原市回汉族住院患者脑卒中类型及危险因素分析

The analysis of Hui and Han patients hospitalized with stroke type and risk factors in Ningxia guyuan city

目的了解固原市回汉族住院脑卒中患者的主要类型以及脑卒中主要危险因素的特征。方法收集6个县级医院480例住院脑卒中患者的病例资料进行回顾性调查,分析回汉族脑卒中类型构成比和脑卒中危险因素的差异。结果 1固原市住院脑卒中男女发病比例与全国基本一致;2住院脑卒中患者以脑梗死、脑出血为主,而这两者汉族所占比例均高于回族;3高血压、高脂血症是回汉族均居于前两位的的脑卒中危险因素,而汉族患者在高血压、吸烟、饮酒3个危险因素的出现率均明显高于回族患者(P<0.05),两者之间的差异有统计学意义。结论固原市回汉族脑卒中住院患者卒中类型构成比及危险因素不同,可为脑卒中预防提供依据。

Objective To understand the main types of Hui and Han hospitalized stroke patients and the characteristics of the major risk factors of stroke in our city. Methods The clinical data of 480 hospitalized stroke patients were collected. The differences of Hui and Han constitute and the type of the stroke risk factors was analyzed. Results Municipality of stroke incidence ratio between men and women was consistent with the national;Cerebralinfarction,cerebral hemorrhage were the city＇s main types of stroke inpatients,both of which were higher than the proportion of Han Hui;Hypertension,hyperlipidemia,were the main risk factors for stroke between Hui and Han in our city,and Han patients in hypertension,smoking,drinking three risk factors were significantly higher than the emergence of Muslim patients （P〈0. 05）,and the difference between the two was statistically significant. Conclusion In our city,the inpatient con？stitute and the stroke of risk factors between the Hui and Han are different .
