腹透患者血清超敏C反应蛋白和营养指标检测结果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨门诊腹透患者炎症和营养指标的结果。方法对门诊透析的150例患者和40例健康体检者用免疫散射比浊法进行前白蛋白(PAB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)和超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测。结果腹透组TRF结果低于正常对照组(P<0.05),PAB高于正常对照组(P<0.05),hs-CRP明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且随着CRP的增高,患者营养指标明显降低。结论早期发现门诊腹透患者的微炎症状态,对进一步改善患者生活质量有着十分重要的意义。
