新型自充气式着陆缓冲气囊的理论分析与设计研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的针对目前着陆缓冲气囊充气展开方面的功能缺陷,设计研究一种新型自充气式气囊。方法详细论述气囊的结构及其自充气原理,建立气囊整体结构模型;分析气囊进气孔的结构和工作原理,并进行相关计算;最后理论分析气囊缓冲着陆过程及其缓冲性能。结果新型自充气式缓冲气囊展开时仅有1/6的体积需要自带气源充气,进气口结构能满足空投下落时气囊的自充气,实例计算得出空投载荷的最大冲击加速度只有60 m/s2,小于允许的最大冲击加速度。结论新型自充气式气囊能够大大减轻空投系统自身的重量,进气口结构能满足气囊功能要求,使空投物资受到的冲击加速度小于允许的最大值,气囊能对空投货物起到很好的缓冲保护作用。 Aiming at the functional defects in the inflation of current landing cushion airbags, this paper designed and studied a new type of self-inflating airbag. The structure and self-inflation principle of the airbag were introduced, and the overall structural model of the airbag was established. The structure of the inlet and its working principle were analyzed and related calculation was conducted. Finally, the landing process of the airbag and its buffering properties were theoretically analyzed. Only 1/6 volume of the new self-inflating landing cushion airbag needed to be inflated by its own gas source, and the inlet structure could satisfy the self-inflation of the airbag when airdropped. An example was given and the maximum shock acceleration of the airdrop loads was calculated to be only 60 m/s2, which was less than the allowable value. The new self-inflating airbag could greatly reduce the weight of the airdrop system itself, the inlet structure could meet the requirements of airbag function, and the maximum shock acceleration of the airdrop supplies was less than the allowable value. The airbag could play a very good role in protecting the airdropped goods.
