组织内社会资本、心理安全感与员工沉默行为关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文基于社会资本的视角,探讨了组织内社会资本对员工沉默行为的作用机制,以218名企业员工为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法,实证研究了心理安全感在组织内社会资本与员工沉默行为之间的中介作用,并得出相关结论。
