Along with the advancement of industrial transformation and upgrading,service trade has becnme ~the trend of future development,Shenzhen and Hong Kong will focus on the next cooperation on service trade,become a bridgehead of service trade development together.Through theoretical analysis, this paper points out the strategic significance to build global trade＇center, Shenzhen and Hong Kong on the path of the deep port and trade center are discussed, a detailed comparison of the service trade development present situation and the gap between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, finally proposed the deep port to build global trade center, countermeasures and Suggestions.
