常规药物治疗联合个性化分级护理对脑卒中患者康复及预后的综合影响

Combined effects of conventional drug therapy combined with grading personalized care on rehabilitation and prognosis of stroke patients

目的观察常规药物治疗联合个性化分级护理对脑卒中患者康复及预后的综合影响。方法将缺血性脑卒中患者208例随机分为试验组和对照组各104例,2组患者均给予阿司匹林、依达拉奉、肝素钠注射液、尿激酶及抗生素等常规治疗。在此治疗基础上,试验组给予个性化分级护理,对照组仅实施常规护理,分别于患者入院1个月后观察并统计其吞咽功能、肢体运动康复程度及生活质量。结果试验组吞咽功能评分、肢体运动评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规药物治疗联合个性化分级护理可显著改善患者吞咽功能和肢体运动能力,提高生活质量,有助于患者良好的康复及预后。

Objective To observe the combined effects of conventional drug therapy combined with grading personal-ized care on rehabilitation and prognosis of stroke patients. Methods 208 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 104 cases. Two groups were given with aspirin,edaravone,heparin sodium injection,urokinase and other conventional antibiotic therapy. on the basis of this treatment,experimental group received indi-vidualized grading nursing,control group only received the implementation of routine care. A month after observed the swallo-wing function,the degree of recovery of limb movement and quality of life. Results The swallowing function scores,limb movement score and quality of life scores of test group were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Conventional drug therapy combined with personalized care can significantly improve the classifica-tion of patients swallowing function and physical exercise capacity,quality of life,contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with good prognosis.
