尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果观察

Effect Observation of heamocoagulase Agkistrodon combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶联合奥美拉唑治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床效果及安全性。方法将90例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。二组均予补液、输血、营养支持等治疗。对照组使用奥美拉唑40mg q8h静滴。治疗组在此基础上加用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶2ku q12h静推。观察止血效果及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为91.1%明显高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组止血时间、输血量、再出血例数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应例数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶联合奥美拉唑能够有效治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of heamocoagulase Agkistrodon combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 90 cases of non variceal upper gastrointesti-nal bleeding patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment of fluid infusion,transfusion and nutritional support. The control group was treated with omeprazole 40mg q8h ivgtt,while the treatment group was treated with omeprazole 40mg q8h ivgtt and heamocoagulase agkistrodon 2ku q12h iv. The hemostatic effect and adverse reaction of 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91. 1% ,which was higher than 73. 3% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The time of hemostasis,blood transfusion volume and rehaemorrhagia in treatment group were significantly less than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no statistically difference between the 2 groups in the num-ber of cases of adverse reactions（P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion Heamocoagulase agkistrodon combined with omeprazole was more effective and safe than omeprazole alone in the treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
