摘要
目的通过创伤和外科感染标本的病原体培养鉴定和药敏实验,探讨创伤和外科感染标本细菌检出率和药物敏感情况。方法采用细菌普通培养和全自动微生物鉴定及药敏系统。结果 2158例标本中检出细菌1461例,感染率67.7%。G+球菌对抗生素敏感率依次为万古霉素65.2%,左旋氧氟沙星63.7%,利奈唑胺60.1%,利福平48.8%,对青霉素的耐药率为98.1%;G-菌对抗生素敏感率依次为亚胺培南95.3%,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦87.2%,阿米卡星71.4%,庆大霉素66.7%。结论掌握创伤和外科感染病原菌的天然性耐药和获得性耐药,对患者的合理用药具有重要的指导意义。
Objective To investigate the detection rate and the drug sensitivity of bacteria about trauma and surgical infection specimen,by the pathogen culture and identification and drug sensitive test. Methods Using common cultivation and automatic bacteria identification and susceptibility system. Results 1461 cases were detected bacteria in samples of 2158 ca-ses,the infection rate was 67. 7% . The sensitive rate of staphylococcus aureus to antibiotics was in order to vancomycin 65. 2% ,levofloxacin 63. 7% ,linezolid 60. 1% ,rifampicin 48. 8% ;the resistant rate to penicillin was 98. 1% ;the sensitive rate of gram negative bacteria to antibiotics was in order to imipenem 95. 3% ,piperacillin / tazobactam 87. 2% ,amikacin 71. 4% , gentamicin 66. 7% . Conclusion knowing well the pathogen natural resistance and acquired resistance in trauma and surgical infection has an important guiding significance for rational drug use.
