摘要
目的三种抑郁量表在精神分裂症后抑郁中的应用分析。方法资料选用42例疑似精神分裂症后抑郁患者,分别采用三种抑郁量表进行测评,分析测评结果。结果有10例患者符合抑郁症诊断标准,CDSS-C量表的测评结果与临床诊断基本符合率高于其他两种(P<0.05)。结论采用CDSS-C量表对精神分裂症后抑郁进行测评,具有较高可行性。
Objective Three depression scale in schizophrenia after the analysis of application of depression. Methods Choosing data of 42 patients with depression after suspected schizophrenia, three depression scale were used respectively to measure it and analysed the test results. Results 10 patients depression diagnosis standard,CDSS-C scale assessment result and clinical diagnosis of basic coincidence rate is higher than the other two（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The CDSS-C assessment scale of depression after schizophrenia has the high feasibility.
