护理管理在消毒供应室护理中的重要性分析

Analysis the Importance of Nursing Management in Sterilization and Supply Room in Nursing

目的探讨护理管理在消毒供应室护理中的重要意义,有效提高消毒供应室护理管理质量。方法选取我院20名护理人员,随机分成实验组和对照组,观察组采用质量监控措施,包括提高护理人员专业素质、严格环节监控以及做好无菌器物的管理和跟踪。对照组采用传统护理管理方式。结果实验组的手术器械性能、应急手术包供应情况以及手术科室总体满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室护理管理工作的好坏与医院感染发生率高低密切相关,开展系统化、人性化、细节化的护理管理工作,有利于降低医院感染病发生几率,改善医院整体护理质量,提高护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore the significance of nursing management in sterilization and supply room nursing,effectively improve the quality of nursing management in disinfection and supply room. Methods Select 20 nursing staff in our hospital,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the observation group with quality control measures,including improving the nursing staff’s professional quality, strict aseptic objects link monitoring and management and tracking. The control group used traditional nursing mode. Results The surgical instrument performance, emergency surgery experiment group package supply situation and operation departments overal satisfaction was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Quality of nursing management in sterilization and supply department and hospital infection incidence is closely related to nursing management systematic,humanization,detail oriented and is beneficial to reduce hospital infection rates,improve the body quality of hospital consolidation, improve nursing work satisfaction degree.
