摘要
目的：观察参附强心颗粒对心衰病的治疗效果。方法搜集2013年6月～2014年6月我院接收的心衰病76例患者，按照不同治疗方法分为对照组与实验组。给予对照组38例与实验组38例相同的常规治疗，并对实验组应用参附强心颗粒。观察对照组与实验组的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比，实验组E/A、LVEF改善情况较好，治疗有效率较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论参附强心颗粒治疗心衰病的效果较好，患者心功能改善显著。
Objective The efficacy of Shenfu particle in treatment of heart failure is to be investigated. Methods Choose 76 patients with heart failure who are treated in hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 and separate them into control group and study group according to patients’ differential treatment approaches. 38 patients in control group are given conventional treatment and 38 patients in study group are given Shenfu particle treatment in addition to conventional treatment. And then observe and compare the treatment efficiency of two groups. Results Compared to control group, patients in study group have an improvement in E/A, LVEF indicators with high efficacy, there is a treatment differential between the two groups, and such a differential has statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shenfu particle is quite effective to cure heart failure and to improve patients’ cardiac function, which is worthy to be promoted.
