牙周基础治疗在侵袭性牙周炎治疗中的效果评价

Evaluate the Effect of Initial Therapy on the Patients with Aggressive Periodontitis

目的：评价分析牙周基础治疗在侵袭性牙周炎治疗中的效果。方法随机选择2012年3月～2014年3月我院165例应用牙周基础治疗的侵袭性牙周炎患者，经过6个月治疗，比较患者治疗前后牙周探诊深度、出血指数、附着丧失以及患牙松动程度。结果患者治疗后牙周探诊深度、出血指数和附着丧失三项指标均优于治疗前，比较具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；患牙松动程度治疗后得到显著改善，比较具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论牙周基础治疗是治疗侵袭性牙周炎的高效理想的治疗手段，能够显著的改善牙周的相关指标、降低牙周松动程度，应用前景广泛。

Objective To evaluate the effect of initial therapy on the patients with aggressive periodontitis. Methods To choice 165 cases patients with aggressive periodontitis in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014,which applyied initial therapy for six months.To compared probing depth,bleeding index, clinical attachment loss and tooth mobility. Results Three indicators of probing depth,bleeding index, clinical attachment loss after treatment were better than that of before treatment, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The tooth mobility degree improved significantly after treatment, the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The initial therapy was effective and ideal treatment on the patients with aggressive periodontitis.It could significantly improve the relevant indexes of periodontal, reduce the degree of periodontal loosened.It has wide application prospect.
